Our Governors
Membership of the Board of Governors is between twelve and sixteen persons. The Governors are the directors of the company. They have overall responsibility for the Foundation and are guardians of the Foundation's ethos.
The Governors meet on a termly basis and have an Annual General Meeting in December.
Governors are appointed for an initial term of three years and are eligible for re-appointment. The maximum term for a Governor (with the exception of the Chair of Governors) is nine years. The parent and staff representatives can only serve for a maximum of three years.
