Administrator/Receptionist – Princethorpe College
Required to start as soon as possible to work all year round within our busy reception area, the successful candidate will have good organisational skills; will be articulate, friendly, professional and well presented.
The position involves a mixture of administrative support, reception duties, and liaising with pupils and parents; the post holder will need to balance general duties with providing comprehensive administrative support to predominantly teaching staff, particularly Heads of Departments.
Interested candidates should ideally have experience in a similar position and will have excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills; the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines in a fast-paced environment; will be articulate, friendly, professional and well presented. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, are essential.
This is a full-time post (37.5 hours per week) required to work all year round.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (with an hour for lunch).
Starting salary £17,000 - £19,000 (full time equivalent) subject to experience.
