Performing Arts Afternoon Enjoyed By All

13 Feb

Our Key Stage 1 and Reception celebration of the performing arts took place on Thursday 12 February.

The concert featured music, poetry and song, and parents, family and friends gathered in the hall to enjoy the many and varied talents of our younger pupils.

Musical Theatre opened the show with the a super performance of Consider Yourself before Reception took to the stage to perform. Their rendition of Roar delighted everyone and they sang beautifully too. The audience was impressed by music solos from Milo, Rupert, Yubo and Isher and listened with delight to Violin Group.

Junior 1 and Junior 2 amazed us all, with their word-perfect poems, lively recorder pieces and fabulous songs. The show finished with two exciting dance numbers from Move It Shake It, the delicious Hot Chocolate and delightful Under The Sea

Huge thanks and congratulations go to all our accomplished young performers who took to the stage in front of their proud parents, and of course to their teachers who worked so hard to help them achieve so much.
